Angels In Heaven.

Yes, we forgive but never forget what happened in Our Lady of Salvation Church in Baghdad.

We will not forget this date 31/10/2010, the date of massacre.

Thousands Protest Against Christian attacks

Iraq’s 2,000-year-old Christian community is on the brink of extinction, its members targeted by al Qaeda attacks and fleeing abroad. But Hillary Clinton, the one person who could force the Iraq government to act, is keeping her mouth shut.

Hello Mister Ghost,

Yes, I saw some of these demonstration in T.V.

& Yes, hillary Clinton could force the Iraqi government to protect us, but why she didn't do that?

Is it a political issue???

America can do more than that, but many will disgree with me, because they think that Christians should help themselves, should stand together & even have an army to protect themselves then ask for support from outside Iraq. but they are few numbers, & day by day are decreasing, & I'm very sad to say this, our precious civilization will be only in history.
It will be a great loss for Iraq & for middle east, & honestly I don't see any process from government to protect us, I'm sorry to say that. but this is our reality.

Hello Freedom.
I hope you are well.

Oh, yes it is political.

Obama and Hillary and the current US Presidential administration are leftists, so, many of them are anti-Christian and they reject American values for multi-culturalism and cultural relativity. They view Christians as neo-Colonialists and responsible for most of the world's problems.

Many conservatives have failed the Christians too, because they overlooked the suffering, pinning their hopes on some vain vision of democracy in the Arab world.

Did you hear about Maliki's comments about having a Christian province?

Somehow I'm reminded of the Warsaw Ghetto or the American Indian Reservations, if it ever occurred.

I see that various Assyrian sites are enthusiastic about the idea, but unless they plan of having their own militia, having all the Christians gathered in one location, could be another situation like the Yezidi villages that were attacked and almost completely destroyed.

Hello Mister Ghost,

We are doing well, thank you.

I see. I didn't hear about Maliki's comments.

So, we will be attacked even if we have our own place, our own army, it is true, yes. so, what is the solution? Just watching our people killed one by one???

Some opinions are calling Christians to stay in Iraq & others are calling them to leave.

Hello Freedom,
There was a recent article quoting Talibani saying that the Iraqi Christians are welcome to come to the Christian enclave in Kurdistan.

Would you and your family want to do that?

Personally, I wish the US would just take the Christians in - of course, it's a bad economic period here, but the industrious Christians such as yourself would be a boon to the US in the future.
But please vote Republican. )))

Iraq: Christian church spurns call to head north

Talabani's proposal, which he floated on Thursday, has drawn a mixed reaction from Christians in Iraq.

"I think Talibani's plan is a positive one, also to create a special security force," said aChristian member of parliament, Yunadim Yusuf said.

Okay Mister Ghost, how much will you pay me to vote for Republican:))) No, I'm joking!

Well, Actually we don't know what to do. It is hard to leave your place, your home, your own life & start to build new one, So, it isn't easy to leave but, this is a current idea for most Christians.

We thank Talibani for this offer, but in my opinion, this is not the solution for our problems, in fact, it is kind of weak work, that the government can't do something to protect us in other areas except Kurdistan.
